Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. We handle everything — server setup, deployments, updates, and backups. You get access to the admin panel and we take care of the rest.
Can I use my own payment accounts?
Yes. You supply your own payment credentials and keep 100% of revenue from your users. We do not take a cut of your transaction volume.
What does 'white-label' mean in practice?
Your users see your domain, your brand name, your logo, and your colours. There is no 'Sparkle5' or 'Luvu' branding anywhere in the product.
How is Sparkle5 different from SkaDate or Chameleon Social?
SkaDate and Chameleon Social sell you a dating script — you still need to buy a server, set it up, secure it, keep software updated, and fix it when things break. Can I migrate from SkaDate, Chameleon, or another platform?
Yes. If you have an existing dating community we can assist with a data migration. The complexity depends on your current platform, but we have experience ingesting user profiles, photos, and basic relationship data. Get in touch to discuss your specific setup.
Can I upgrade between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and we will migrate your data and provision the new infrastructure. Upgrades are pro-rated.
What happens after the 12-month contract?
The subscription auto-renews for another 12 months unless you cancel via your client portal before the renewal date. We send a reminder 30 days in advance.
Is my users' data in my region?
Yes. Your server and object storage are provisioned in the region you select at checkout. Data does not leave that region.
