Full-Time Remote Backend

Python Backend Developer

Work on the platform that powers live dating communities and game payment infrastructure.

About the Role

You will work directly on our core platform — a production Flask application serving real users across EU, US, and SG deployments. You will own features end to end: from database schema and REST API to background tasks, webhooks, and payment integrations. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on a live product.

What You'll Work On

  • New platform features requested by clients (matchmaking improvements, monetisation flows, moderation tooling)
  • Payment and subscription infrastructure (card payments, Apple IAP, Google Play, SEPA)
  • Background task processing, webhooks, and event-driven workflows
  • Performance optimisation across the API and database layer
  • Internal admin tooling and client portal features

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of Python backend experience in production environments
  • Solid understanding of relational databases — query optimisation, migrations, indexing
  • Experience with REST API design and background task systems
  • Comfortable reading and reasoning about infrastructure (Linux, systemd, reverse proxies)
  • Self-directed — you can take a problem, ask the right questions, and ship a solution
  • Familiarity with payment APIs is a plus but not required

Freelance Remote Design

UI/UX Designer

Shape the product experience across our dating platform apps and client-facing tools.

About the Role

We need a designer who can work across multiple contexts: the end-user dating app (mobile-first, consumer product), the client admin panel (dense tooling, data-heavy), and occasional marketing assets. This is a freelance engagement with ongoing work — you will be the go-to designer for all product and visual decisions.

What You'll Work On

  • New feature flows for the dating app (onboarding, matching, subscription upsells)
  • Admin panel UX improvements — moderation queues, analytics dashboards, user management
  • Client portal design (subscription management, invoices, support)
  • Marketing pages and landing pages as needed
  • Design system maintenance — components, tokens, icons

What We're Looking For

  • A strong portfolio showing both mobile consumer UX and web application design
  • Proficient in Figma — we expect design files, not just screenshots
  • Able to work from product briefs with minimal hand-holding
  • Understanding of conversion design principles for competitive consumer apps
  • Basic understanding of how web apps are built — you know what's feasible to implement
  • Experience designing dark-mode or data-dense interfaces is a plus

Engagement & Rate

  • Freelance / project-based, with the expectation of ongoing work
